Low Season Booking, Charge and Cancellation Policy:

Different Conditions may apply during Special Event periods. Please contact us for these conditions

• A deposit equal to 10% of the full stay will be charged at the time of making the booking.
• This amount is non-refundable if the stay is shortened or cancelled for any reason.
• The remaining 90% of the accommodation costs will be paid directly to the property during your stay
• Cancellations within 48 hours of booked arrival will incur an additional fee equal to the cost of the first nights accommodation.
• Rates and conditions as confirmed at the time of booking will prevail.
• By proceeding with the booking it is understood the the above conditions have been accepted.

Optional Extras and Conditions:

• Extra Adults: Add A$50 per night for use of the Sofa bed or rollaway bed.
• Disabled / Wheelchair Rooms: This property has no rooms which are designated disabled friendly.
• Sofa Bed: Most Standard One and Two Bedroom Apartments have a Sofa Bed. Sofa Bed is suitable for 1 extra adult or 2 children under 8 yrs old. Sofa Bed or rollaway bed option is not available in Deluxe Apartments
• Rooms: Deluxe Apartments have been recently refurbished
• Parking: Secure Parking is available FREE OF CHARGE FOR BOOKINGS MADE THROUGH M-POWER ACCOMMODATION. This allowance is for one car per apartment. Additional cars are charge at approx approx A$30 per day (single entry). (This is the only Sydney city hotel we know of that offers free parking to our clients)
• Internet: Wireless modem can be provided for A$30 per day or A$125 per week.
• Breakfast: Breakfast basket's are available for A$17 per person.
• Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted. Diners Club is not accepted.
